Arrival
Guests
Out of town guests will be staying at the local Bed and Breakfast, The Durning House, or at the nearest hotel, Hampton Inn. As they arrive at their hotel, there will be a welcome basket full of custom goodies, a welcome letter and a wedding weekend timeline. On day of wedding, guests will be transported by the Groom's cousins, Max, Brian and Ryan.
As guests are driving to the wedding, there will be Hailey's handmade signs directing them where to go and where to park. Once guests arrive, there will be a welcome sign with a farm table next to it on the front porch of the white chapel. On the farm table, there will be farm-to-table styled flower arrangements full of baby's breath and light pink roses, as well as wedding programs. These same flowers will be used at the reception. On the table, guests can sign their names on a custom wood sign that will be hung in the newlyweds future home.
Bridal Party
On the morning of the wedding, the Bride and Bridesmaids will arrive at the ceremony location to have their hair and make-up done. The Maid of Honor will drive the Bride to the venue. All the other Bridesmaids will drive together to the venue.
After lunch time, the groom and groomsmen will arrive at the ceremony location to get ready. The Best Man will drive the Groom and Groomsmen to the venue.
